| PRODUCT GUARANTEE
POLICY |
| PG Wood Imports, LLC
guarantees the quality of everything sold with our
'Product Guarantee Policy'. This policy provides
that no customer will ever pay for wood products
delivered to them that are below the standards agreed
upon before a purchase order was placed. In order
to properly and successfully claim material that
is below standards, please adhere to the following
guidelines: |
| 1.
All claims must be emailed and/or faxed on the customer's
letterhead and signed by a company officer within
10 days of receipt of the wood (PG Wood Imports,
LLC handles freight) or release of the wood at warehouse
or port (customer handles freight). Once wood has
been released to a customer that handles their own
trucking, the 10 days have begun. |
| 2.
Claims must include the following information the
first time: |

in as much detail as possibled. B/L and truck
or container release number associated with
the claim |

Date the wood was
either released to the customer or delivery
date if freight was handled by PG Wood Imports,
LLC |

Digital photos of the defects
and markings by which the producer can be
identified (stamp on plywood, crating, etc).
Digital photos are essential to the claim
process and must accompany all claims unless
otherwise agreed upon by seller and buyer. |

| 3.
All material being claimed must be stacked neatly
in the customer's warehouse until the completion
of the claim. Once the claim has been processed,
PG Wood Imports, LLC maintains the right to sell
the claimed product off the customer's floor within
a reasonable amount of time. |
| 4.
Additional documents may be requested by the seller
and should be turned over immediately so as not
to hinder the claim process. |

**PG Wood Imports, LLC
has the right to hire an independent surveyor
to inspect claimed material. The independent surveyor
will determine whether the material is within
specification or not and the surveyor's determination
will be considered final and binding. If it is
found that the material is within agreed-upon
specifications, the customer will be responsible
for payment in full of all material within 10
business days and will also be responsible for
all surveyor fees including travel.

| QUANTITY DISCREPANCY/SHORT-SHIP
POLICY |
| In the event that a customer
is shipped less or more than what was documented
on pertaining B/L's, the customer most notify PG
Wood Imports, LLC in writing (fax or email) within
2 business days of delivery of the material. If
the customer fails to notify PG Wood Imports, LLC
within 2 business days, any due credits will be
issued on the next invoice, not the invoice related
to the short- or over-shipment. |
